First Netbook with Moblin OS 2 from Dell

First Netbook armed with Moblin 2 operating system was released by Dell with its 10V Mini series.

Is Moblin it? Of course this is a question that needs to be answered because the authors believe many of you who have never heard of Moblin.

Moblin is an open source project that is focusing to develop Linux-based platform aimed at future mobile devices, including netbooks, the Mobile Internet Device and In-vehicle infotainment systems.

During this Moblin platform still in the laboratory only and is consumed by the developer (the developer / programmer) software. Eventually, however, Dell launched the Moblin-based products on the Thursday before, making this platform available to consumers through 10V Mini netbook.

Although it notes that Dell's netbook is more suitable version is not for ordinary consumers but more suitable for the geek, early adopter or a particularly computer literate enough to know about Linux.
